Key Returners

Leah Macy | Sophomore | Forward/Guard

Macy is one of the top prospects in the state, regardless of class. In fact, she is one of the top 2025 players on the national level. Macy was all over the KHSAA leaderboards at the end of last season after averaging an impressive double-double, 20.1 ppg and 12.3 rpg. Across the state, she finished: tied-5th in FG percentage (62.3%), 6th in rpg (12.3), 22nd in ppg (20.1), and 28th in FT percentage (79.4%).

Alyssa Murphy | Sophomore | Point Guard

Another top 2025 in the state, Murphy averaged 14.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg as a freshman. The talented floor general shot 32% from 3 and finished with the 18th best FT percentage in the state after shooting 80.5% from the line.

Emma Barnett | Senior | Wing

Barnett will be taking her talents to Ohio University next season, but she will be looking to end her high school career with a bang first. She averaged 11.1 ppg and 6.1 rpg last season. She shot 33.9% from 3.

Mary Smith | Senior | Guard

Smith also averaged double-digit points for the Jags last season (10.6 ppg). She also chipped in 3.6 rpg. Smith shot 34% from 3 as a junior.

Keziah Renee and Abby Reitzel

These 2 freshman are new to the program, but they both should be able to instantly make an impact for the Jaguars. Renee and Reitzel are 2 of the top 2026 players in the state.

Key Losses

Gracie Helm

Helm saw action in all of Mercy’s games last season. She averaged 3.8 ppg and 1.8 rpg. You can expect the talented newcomers to fill her void.
